泛素特异性蛋白酶家族在胰腺癌中的研究进展

摘要
泛素化与去泛素化是常见的蛋白质翻译后的修饰方式.作为去泛素化酶中具有最多成员的泛素特异性蛋白酶(USPs)家族,其功能失调可导致一系列的生理损伤及病理改变,进而引起恶性肿瘤等疾病的发生发展.目前针对胰腺癌中去泛素化酶的功能机制研究相对较少,本文就USPs家族在胰腺癌发生发展中的研究进行综述,阐述其对胰腺癌恶性生物学行为的影响及作用机制,同时探讨USPs小分子抑制剂治疗胰腺癌的应用前景.
Abstract
Ubiquitination and deubiquitination are common post-translational modifications of pro-teins.As the largest family of deubiquitinating enzymes,ubiquitin-specific proteases(USPs)play critical roles in various physiological and pathological processes.Dysregulation of their functions results in a series of physiological damages and pathological alterations,ultimately contributing to the occurrence and progression of malignant tumors,including pancreatic cancer.Currently,research on the functional mechanisms of deu-biquitinating enzymes in pancreatic cancer is still limited.This review focused on the research progress of USPs family in the occurrence and development of pancreatic cancer,to elucidate their impacts on the malig-nant biological behaviors of pancreatic cancer and its underlying mechanisms.The therapeutic potential of USPs inhibitors in pancreatic cancer were also discussed.
