Hepatolithiasis is a common benign biliary disease in China,which is often complicated and recurrent.Hepatolithiasis,in advanced stages,can be complicated with liver abscess,biliary cirrhosis,and portal hypertension.Endoscopic technique is an important part of minimally invasive surgery.This guideline provides an exhaustive summary of the current application of biliary endoscopic techniques in hepa-tolithiasis,and the recommendations for treatment,aiming to standardize the practice of biliary endoscopic techniques,uniform the quality of treatment,and provide guidance and reference for further improvement in minimally invasive lithotripsy for hepatolithiais.
