摘要

近年来,机器人辅助技术在胸腰椎手术中应用越来越广泛,使开展更精准、更复杂的手术成为可能.为指导和规范机器人辅助技术在胸腰椎手术中的应用,提高机器人辅助技术进行胸腰椎螺钉置入的精准性和安全性,由首都医科大学附属北京积水潭医院(国家骨科医学中心)和中华医学会骨科学分会脊柱外科学组发起,采用推荐意见分级的评估、制订及评价(Grading of Recommendations Assessment,Development and Evaluation,GRADE)分级体系和国际实践指南报告标准(Reporting Items for Practice Guidelines in Healthcare,RIGHT),基于文献证据制订《中国机器人辅助胸腰椎手术指南(2024年版)》.指南包括14项推荐意见,其中推荐条目1~6为机器人辅助胸腰椎手术的适应证、禁忌证及特殊人群适用范围,条目7~11为术中决策和注意事项,条目12~14为临床效果评价.本指南旨在指导和规范机器人辅助胸腰椎手术应用,提高手术安全性.

Abstract

In recent years,robot-assisted technology has been increasingly used in thoracolumbar spine surgery,making it possible to perform more precise and complex procedures.In order to guide and standardize the application of robot-assisted technology in thoracolumbar spine surgery and improve the accuracy and safety of robot-assisted technology in thoracolumbar screw placement,initiated by Beijing Jishuitan Hospital,Capital Medical University(National Center for Orthopaedics)and Spi-nal Surgery Branch of the Chinese Orthopaedic Association,"The Guidelines for Robot-Assisted Thoracolumbar Spine Surgery in China(2024 Edition)"were formulated based on literature evidence by adopting the Grading of Recommendations Assessment,De-velopment and Evaluation(GRADE)and the Reporting Items for Practice Guidelines in Healthcare(RIGHT).The guideline in-cludes 14 recommendations,of which items 1-6 are indications,contraindications and the scope of application in special popula-tions for robot-assisted thoracolumbar surgery,items 7-11 are intraoperative precautions and decision-making,and items 12-14 are clinical efficacy evaluations.The purpose of this guideline is to guide and standardize the application of robot-assisted thoraco-lumbar surgery and improve surgical safety.
