摘要

近年来,机器人辅助技术在颈椎手术中应用越来越广泛,使开展更精准、更复杂的手术成为可能.为指导和规范机器人辅助技术在颈椎手术中的应用,提高机器人辅助技术进行颈椎螺钉置入的精准性和安全性,由首都医科大学附属北京积水潭医院(国家骨科医学中心)和中华医学会骨科学分会脊柱外科学组发起,采用推荐意见分级的评估、制订及评价(Grading of Recommendations Assessment,Development and Evaluation,GRADE)分级体系和国际实践指南报告标准(Reporting Items for Practice Guidelines in Healthcare,RIGHT),基于文献证据制订《中国机器人辅助颈椎手术指南(2024年版)》.指南包括14项推荐意见,其中推荐条目1~2为机器人辅助颈椎手术的适应证与禁忌证,条目3~6为术中注意事项及决策,条目7~14为临床疗效评价.本指南旨在指导机器人辅助颈椎手术的临床实践,并最终提升以患者为中心的医疗服务质量.

Abstract

In recent years,robot-assisted technology has been increasingly used in cervical spine surgery,making it pos-sible to perform more precise and complex procedures.In order to guide and standardize the application of robot-assisted technol-ogy in cervical vertebra surgery and improve the accuracy and safety of robot-assisted technology in cervical vertebra screw place-ment,initiated by Beijing Jishuitan Hospital,Capital Medical University(National Center for Orthopaedics)and Spinal Surgery Branch of the Chinese Orthopaedic Association,"The Guidelines for Robot-Assisted Cervical Spine Surgery in China(2024 Edi-tion)"were formulated based on literature evidence by adopting the Grading of Recommendations Assessment,Development and Evaluation(GRADE)and the Reporting Items for Practice Guidelines in Healthcare(RIGHT).The guideline includes 14 recom-mendations,of which recommendation items 1-2 are indications and contraindications for robotic-assisted cervical spine surgery,items 3-6 are intraoperative precautions and decision-making,and items 7-14 are clinical efficacy evaluations.The purpose of this guideline is to guide the clinical practice of robotic-assisted cervical spine surgery and ultimately to improve the quality of patient-centered care.
