目的 了解女性舰员生殖健康状况及生殖健康知识掌握情况,为有针对性开展医疗专科保障及科普宣教提供参考。 方法 2022年4月便利选取53名海军某水面舰艇部队女性舰员,采用自制的生殖健康状况问卷(包括一般资料、生殖系统疾病及症状、生殖健康素养及生殖健康科普需求)进行调查。 结果 53名女性舰员中,月经不调、痛经、尿路感染和生殖系统感染的发生率分别为37.3%、34.0%、11.3%和9.4%;部分女性舰员对于一些重要的女性生殖健康知识缺乏了解,目前舰艇上的生活卫生条件和医疗保障服务尚未能完全满足女性舰员的需求,全体女性舰员都认同生殖系统疾病对于女性身体和心理健康有重要影响,同时积极要求在部队开展与女性健康密切相关的常见生殖系统疾病和症状知识的科普宣教。 结论 女性舰员群体中,生殖健康状况和健康需求应得到重视,需要进一步加强生殖健康科普宣传工作,同时提供更有针对性的医疗卫生保障服务。 Objective To investigate the reproductive health status and command of knowledge about reproductive health among female sailors,so as to provide reference for carrying out specialized medical support and science popularization and health education. Methods A total of 53 female sailors of a naval surface ship were selected as study subjects in April of 2022 and surveyed by a self‐made reproductive health questionnaire(on demographic information,reproductive system diseases and symptoms,reproductive health qualities,and need for reproductive science popularization and health education). Results Among the 53 female sailors,the incidences of irregular menstruation,dysmenorrhea,urinary tract infection,and reproductive system infection were 37.3%,34.0%,11.3%,and 9.4%,respectively. Some of them lacked some important knowledge of female reproductive health. At present,the onboard living hygiene conditions and medical support services have not fully met the needs of female crew members. All the female sailors agreed that reproductive system diseases can significantly affect the physical and mental health of females,and they actively demanded reproductive science popularization and health education of common reproductive system diseases and symptoms related to female health. Conclusion Great attention should be paid to the status and needs of reproductive health of the female sailors,science popularization and health education of reproductive health should be further promoted,and targeted medical health support service should be provided.
