摘要
目的 调查某院野战医疗队护士对战术战伤救护(TCCC)认知程度,为该院进行相关培训提供依据.方法 采用便利抽样的方法,抽取该院野战医疗队的护士为调查对象.采用自制的《TCCC知晓度调查问卷》进行问卷调查,并对调查结果进行分析.结果 野战医疗队护士对TCCC相关知识掌握程度的平均得分为(6.02±1.94)分,成绩及格者13人,及格率11.8％.结论 野战医疗队护士对TCCC知识掌握情况有待提高,应完善野战医疗队护士TCCC的培训机制,以提高野战医疗队护士的战伤急救能力.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the knowledge of tactical combat casualty care(TCCC)in the nurses of the field medical team in a military hospital,so as to provid a basis for relevant training.Methods The nurses in the field medical team of a military hospital were selected as the subjects by the random sampling method.A self-designed questionnaire,Survey on nurses'knowledge of tactical combat casualty care(TCCC),was used for investigation,and the results were analyzed.Results The average score of the nurses in the field medical team in mastering the relevant knowledge of TCCC was 6.02±1.94,and 13 nurses passed the test,with the passing rate of 11.8％.Conclusion The knowledge of TCCC of the nurses in the field medical team needs to be improved.The training plan of TCCC of the nurses in the field medical team should be enhanced to develop their capabilities of combat casualty care.
