护理高职生对基础护理学课程闯关式考核的体验

摘要
目的 了解护理高职生对基础护理学课程中实施闯关式考核体验,为完善闯关式考核提供依据.方法 在高职基础护理学课程中实施闯关式考核,并从中选取13名学生进行半结构式访谈法,运用Colaizzi 7步分析法对资料进行整理分析,提炼主题.结果 共提炼出闯关式考核的积极体验(促进自我关怀、获得精准指导、提升学习成就感、增进师生和同伴互动、建立临床思维)、闯关式考核带来的挑战和对闯关式考核的期望(对闯关小组的期望、对自身和教师的期望)3个主题.结论 闯关式考核起到了以考促学的作用,学生的认可度高,并对组建闯关小组、教师支持等方面提出了更高的要求.
Abstract
Objective To explore the experience of higher vocational nursing students in breakthrough assessment in the course of fundamental nursing,so as to provide reference for improving the breakthrough assessment.Methods A semi-structured interview was conducted on 13 nursing students who received breakthrough assessment.Then,data was transcribed and analyzed using Colaizzi's phenomenological method to identify themes.Results Through analysis,three themes were identified including positive experience(stimulating self-compassion,obtaining precise guidance,enhancing sense of learning achievement,improving interaction between teachers and students and peers,and establishing clinical thinking),challenges brought by breakthrough assessment,and the expectations for breakthrough assessment(expectations for the breakthrough team,to oneself and teachers).Conclusion Breakthrough assessment plays a very essential role in promoting learning through examination,and a high degree of recognition is hold by nursing students.Meanwhile,it creates higher requirements for the breakthrough team and support from teachers.
