The construction of clinical teaching base extra-Beijing for special training in nursing management
Objective To construct a clinical teaching base extra-Beijing for special training in nursing manage-ment based on the structure-process-outcome quality evaluation model,in order to provide reference for the con-struction and development of nursing inservice training bases.Methods The structure-process-outcome three-dimen-sional quality evaluation model was used as the theoretical framework.Then the base was designed from three as-pects:construction and preparation of nursing management base,training model innovation and teaching process su-pervision,and multidimensional assessment and evaluation.Results A total of 9 nurses have been trained,the av-erage satisfaction of them was above 99％.The evaluation satisfaction score of the Chinese Nursing Association trainees was above 90％.Conclusion The construction of clinical teaching base extra-Beijing for special training in nursing management is scientific and reasonable,and it can provide reference for high-quality nursing manage-ment talents.
