Research progress on kinesiophobia in patients after cardiac intervention
Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death in China,and interventional therapy,as an important treatment,is widely used.Patients after cardiac interventional therapy should start exercise rehabilitation programme as soon as possible to improve prognosis.Kinesiophobia after cardiac intervention is common and has become an key hindrance for patients to participate in cardiac rehabilitation.In addition,kinesiophobia can cause anxiety,depression and other negative emotions,leading to a decline in the quality of patients'life.This paper reviewed the prevalence,assessment tools,influencing factors and intervention measures of kinesiophobia,so as to provide science foundation for reducing patients'kinesiophobia after cardiac intervention.
