Objective To construct a standardized training evaluation index system for new nurses with bachelor degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)hospitals.Methods Through literature review and group discussion,the first draft of training assessment and evaluation indicators for new undergraduate nurses in TCM hospitals was established,and 15 experts from the Chinese Nursing Association of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Nursing Branch from 7 provinces were selected to conduct two rounds of expert consultation to determine the assessment and evaluation content.Results The effective recovery rate of the two rounds of expert correspondence was 100％,the expert authority coefficients were 0.962 and 0.980,and the Kendall coordination coefficients were 0.220 and 0.268,respectively(all P＜0.05).Finally,the standardized training evaluation index system for new nurses in TCM hospitals was formed,including five first-level indicators,24 second-level indicators and 77 third-level indicators.Conclusion The established standardized training evaluation index system for new nurses with bachelor degree in TCM hospitals is highly reliable and scientific,which can provide reference for managers and trainers to select talents.
