目的 构建肿瘤专科医院新入职护士培训 目标清单.方法 基于文献回顾法、教学计划开发法、专家咨询法构建肿瘤专科医院新入职护士培训 目标清单,采用四象限定位法对培训 目标进行定位.结果 最终构建的肿瘤专科医院新入职护士培训目标清单包括6项一级指标(基础知识与技能、制度与标准、肿瘤专科知识与技能、职业素养、安全管理、护理科研与教学)和42项二级指标.四象限定位结果显示,处于"重要易培育"象限的培训 目标有7项,处于"重要难培育"象限的培训 目标有19项,处于"次重要易培育"象限的培训 目标有12项,处于"次重要难培育"象限的培训目标有4项.结论 构建的肿瘤专科医院新入职护士培训目标清单内容具有科学性,符合肿瘤专科医院新入职护士培训的需求,可为肿瘤专科医院开展新入职护士培训工作提供参考.
Construction of training objectives list for new nurses in oncology specialized hospitals
Objective To construct training objectives list for new nurses in specialized oncology hospitals.Methods A curriculum list of training objectives for new nurses in oncology specialized hospitals was constructed based on literature review,Developing A CUrriculuM method,and expert consultation.And the training objectives were positioned using a four-quadrant orientation method.Results Six primary indicators(basic knowledge and skills,system and standards,oncology specialty knowledge and skills,professionalism,safety management,nursing research and teaching)and 42 secondary indicators were formed.The quadrant positioning results showed 7 items were"important and easy to cultivate",19 items were"important and difficult to cultivate",12 items were"second important and easy to cultivate",and 4 items were"second important and difficult to cultivate".Conclusion The constructed training objectives list for new nurses in oncology specialty hospitals is scientific,and meets the training requirements of new nurses,which can provide reference for carrying out training for new nurses in oncology specialty hospitals in China.
