立德树人视域下护理专业"五育并举"育人实践探索

《关于深化教育教学改革全面提高义务教育质量的意见》中提出要"坚持'五育'并举,全面发展素质教育",这对护理人才培养提出了新要求.该文以北京大学护理学院为例,总结学院五育并举、立德树人、促进"三全育人"的成果和经验,为我国护理高校推进"五育并举"育人工作提供参考.
Innovation and exploration of the education mode of"five-dimension education integration"from the perspective of fostering virtues through nursing education
The simultaneous implementation of the"five-dimension education integration"and all-round develop-ment of quality education proposed in the Opinions on Deepening Education and Teaching Reform and Comprehen-sively Improving the Quality of Compulsory Education,which presented new requirements for the cultivation of nurs-ing talents.Taking the education experience of Nursing School of Peking University as a case,this paper summa-rized the achievements and experiences of the school of"five-dimension education integration",cultivating students by virtue and promoting all-round education.Hopefully references for the exploration and innovation of the educa-tion work of"five-dimension education integration"in nursing colleges can be provided through our practice.
