生成式人工智能(Generative Artificial Intelligence,GAI)的诞生为护理教育的变革创造了巨大的机遇,同时也带来了严峻挑战.该文总结了GAI在护理人才跨专业沟通技能培养中的应用进展,并对运用GAI培养护理人才跨专业沟通技能进行了态势分析,认为GAI具有提供个性化学习和实时反馈等优势,但也存在临床语言上的局限等劣势;国家层面高度重视运用人工智能推进医学教育改革,为GAI提供了全新机遇,但新兴领域立法不完善成为规范运用GAI的主要挑战.为合理运用GAI,提升护理人才跨专业沟通技能培养效能,管理部门应制定相关法律框架和监管机制、提供资金支持和技术研发;学校应完善相关课程和教育计划、强化师资队伍建设;教育工作者应调动专业培训和持续教育积极性,探索构建行业标准和评估体系.
SWOT analysis of the application of GAI to the development of cross-professional communication skills in nursing
The birth of GAI has created great opportunities for the reform of nursing education,as well as serious challenges.This papaer summarized the application progress of GAI in the training of nursing cross-professional communication skills.SWOT analysis was carried out on the use of GAI to cultivate nursing cross-professional communication skills.Through analysis,it was concluded that GAI had advantages such as providing personalized learning and real-time feedback,but also had disadvantages such as clinical language limitations.The national level attached great importance to the use of artificial intelligence to promote medical education reform,providing a new opportunity for GAI.The main challenge in regulating the use of GAI lies in the inadequacy of legislation in emerging areas.In order to ensure reasonable use of GAI and improve the effectiveness of nursing cross-professional communication skills training,the management department should formulate relevant legal framework and supervision mechanism,provide financial support for technical research and development.Schools should improve the relevant curriculum and education plan,strengthen the construction of teachers.Educators should mobilize the enthusiasm of professional training and continuing education,and explore the construction of industry standards and evaluation systems.
