Design and practice of nursing emergency team regular training
In the context of the frequent occurrence of global public health emergencies and the requirement of the National Health Commission to strengthen the training of health emergency personnel,Sir Run Shaw Hospital affiliated to Zhejiang University School of Medicine conducted regular training program for nursing emergency teams.Through the establishment of nursing emergency personnel requirements,modular training contents,the application of online and offline training and comprehensive assessment,230 team members were trained for eight months firstly and two years of regular training and practice subsequently.Results were assessed after the first training in 2020.The average score of infectious disease knowledge module and hospital infection management module was 95.80 and 98.30 points respectively.The average score of critical care module and emergency trauma module reached 95.12 and 95.02 points respectively.Besides,the average score of physical and mental empowerment module was 92.45 points.A total of 12 class hours of emergency drill assessment have been completed,with a pass rate of 100%.The nursing emergency team has become the main force to deal with public health emergencies inside and outside the hospital rescue,and has also become the first echelon members of the emergency group incident response.
