摘要
回顾我国20年专科护士培训从萌芽期、探索期到快速发展期的发展历程;描述专科护士培养定位,培训现状,在管理、教材、课程、基地、师资等方面的培训体系建设情况,以及使用与管理情况;提出对未来我国专科护理人才培养的思考.建议设立权威部门授权的专科护士培训和认证机构,提高我国专科护士培训的准入标准,深化专科护士培训品质,开展专科护士再培训,探索高级实践护士培养模式,明确适合我国国情的专科护理人才分层培养路径.
Abstract
Reviewing the development of specialty nurse training in China in last two decades from its embryonic stage,exploration stage to rapid development stage,this article described the current status of specialty nurse training,the construction of the training system in terms of management,textbook,courses,clinical teaching bases,teachers,and the utilization and management of specialty nurses.Besides,the paper put forward considerations for the cultivation of specialty nursing talents in China in the future.It is recommended to establish a specialty nurse training and certification institution authorized by an authoritative department,raise the recruitment standards for specialty nurse training in China,deepen the quality of specialty nurse training,carry out retraining for specialty nurses,explore the training mode of advanced practice nurses,and explore a hierarchical training path for specialty nursing talents that suitable for China's national conditions.
