The training of specialty nurses in nutritional support is an important measure in cultivating advanced nursing practice talents in clinical nutrition.As one of the first batch of clinical teaching bases outside Beijing for nutrition support specialty nurses of the Chinese Nursing Association,Henan Province People's Hospital improved software and hardware facilities,established a training management system that includes organizational management,institutional construction,teacher management,training management,training guarantee,and quality control.This training mode which adheres to continuous improvement has been standardized,and achieved good results in teacher team construction,talent cultivation,and scientific research innovation.
