The huge gap between the training input and the outcome of specialty nurses has become one of the main difficulties in the development of specialty nurses in our country.The effective training transfer is crucial to promote the application of what they have learned.Guided by the outcome,we carried out the training transfer of specialty nurses through the setting of achievement goals,and the stimulating the motivation,optimizing the design,and activating the atmosphere based on Holton's Training Transfer Model.Such practice has achieved positive results and provided references for the use and development of specialty nurses in China.
