成果导向视角下专科护士培训迁移的探索与实践

专科护士的培训投入与使用效果之间存在明显差距,已成为我国专科护士发展的主要难点之一,有效开展培训迁移对于促进专科护士将所学内容应用到实际工作中至关重要.中山大学附属第三医院以Holton培训迁移模型为框架,设计专科护士培训迁移管理方案,包括制订外送专科护士培训遴选标准,激发培训迁移动机;以成果为导向,优化专科护士院内培训和评价方案设计;建设专科护士"蓄水池",激活培训迁移气氛.经过临床实践,取得良好成效,可为我国专科护士的使用与发展提供参考.
Training transfer for specialty nurses based on results oriented perspective:exploration and practice
The huge gap between the training input and the outcome of specialty nurses has become one of the main difficulties in the development of specialty nurses in our country.The effective training transfer is crucial to promote the application of what they have learned.Guided by the outcome,we carried out the training transfer of specialty nurses through the setting of achievement goals,and the stimulating the motivation,optimizing the design,and activating the atmosphere based on Holton's Training Transfer Model.Such practice has achieved positive results and provided references for the use and development of specialty nurses in China.
