Exploration and practice of the comprehensive education path of"Job-Course-Competition-Certification"for nursing majors in higher vocational colleges
The integration of"Job-Course-Competition-Certification"in education is an effective model for cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents,and a significant measure to promote the rapid and high-quality development of vocational education in the new era.Based on local characteristics and grasping the features of nursing major,Bozhou Vocational and Technical College has deeply explored the comprehensive educational connotations of"Job-Course-Competition-Certification".Through ideological and political guidance in education,optimizing the curriculum structure and resources,strengthening the construction of teaching staffs,promoting the integration of"Job-Course-Competition-Certification",and implementing diversified comprehensive evaluation,the college has continuously advanced the comprehensive education model of"Job-Course-Competition-Certification",therefore,providing a reference for cultivating composite nursing talents with"specialized knowledge and multiple abilities".
