摘要
共享决策是"以患者为中心"的重要体现,是实现基于价值的卫生保健的重要途径.三步商议(three-talk)模型是用于指导医患共享决策实施的模型之一.该文对三步商议模型的内涵及实施步骤、应用现状等进行综述,并提出展望,以期为三步商议模型在我国的推广与应用提供参考,推动医患共享决策领域研究的发展.
Abstract
Shared decision-making is a crucial embodiment of"patient-centered care"and an important approach to realize"value-based health care".The three-talk model is a framework that guide the implementation of shared decision-making in clinical settings.This article provides a comprehensive review of the main content and current application status of the three-talk model,and offers prospects for its future development,aiming to provide references for the promotion and application of the three-talk model in the nursing field,thereby driving the advancement of research in the field of shared decision-making.
