摘要
人工智能可丰富职业指导资源,根据能力与特点推荐个性化职业,有助于优化职业道路.但是,人工智能可能在算法、隐私和伦理等方面存在风险.该文通过分析人工智能在职业生涯规划中的作用和风险,为解决护理专业学生就业问题提供新方法,帮助教育者更好地指导护理专业学生职业生涯规划,有助于解决学生的就业问题.
Abstract
Artificial intelligence(AI)can enrich career guidance resources,as well as optimize career paths by recommending personalized careers based on abilities and characteristics.However,AI may be a potential risk in terms of algorithms,privacy,and ethics.Analyzing the role and risks of AI in career planning can provide a new approach to solving the employment problems of nursing students and help educators to guide nursing students in career planning better,which is helpful in solving the employment problems of students.
