The teaching practice of integration of"Job-Lesson-Competition-Certification"and Ideological Education in Basic Nursing Technology
According to the new requirements of job-lesson-competition-certification integration",adhering to the principle of unifying education and talent,combining morality and skill,this paper explored a teaching practice.Starting from the connotation of"three education reform",the practice took the core course of double-high construction major Basic Nursing Technology as an example.Through developing new forms of integrated teaching materials which in accordance with job requirements,national technical standards,and"1+X"professional level technical standards,political elements were integrated to improve the carrier of curriculum construction.Taking O-AMAS teaching method and the second classroom professional reform as the purpose to renew the teaching means,optimizing teaching evaluation based on the multidimensional and multivariate evaluation system which consisted of"moral education mentors and expert lecturers and campus mentors"and combined"online evaluation and offline evaluation"and"process evaluation and outcome evaluation".The reform of comprehensive education teaching mode got explored and practiced by integrating"ideological education"with"job-lesson-competition-certification integration"which provides references for the teaching reform of nursing related courses.
