This article used the Fundamentals of Nursing course,which received the first prize in the 2023 National Vocational College Skills Competition Teaching Ability Contest,as a case study.It was guided by the"Job-Course-Competition-Certificate"integrated education model and explored feasible paths for the construction and reform of higher vocational nursing courses from various aspects,including overall teaching design,teaching implementation process,teaching evaluation,and practical teaching outcomes.The aim is to provide insights and strategies for the reform of vocational nursing education.
