Adhering to reform and innovation is the new requirement of the development of the nursing profession.Higher nursing education should focus on the formulation and implementation of training programs that cultivate innovative and applied nursing talents.This article summarized our institution's comprehensive and integrated training model for enhancing the research and innovation capabilities of undergraduate nursing students.It introduced the practical process of effectively combining innovation and entrepreneurship training programs,the curriculum system for research and innovation education,and the graduation research training.This model clearly demonstrated its ability to promote innovative thinking,research capabilities,and practical research experience among nursing undergraduates.It serves as a practical basis for cultivating innovative and applied nursing professionals and promoting the high-quality development of the nursing discipline.
