摘要
癌症的防治是我国乃至全球共同面临的公共卫生问题,癌症早期筛查、早期诊断、早期治疗是降低癌症死亡率、改善预后的有效路径,关注癌症症状求助行为可帮助患者以经济有效的健康策略发现早期癌症和癌前病变.该文通过阐述癌症症状求助行为(help-seeking behaviour for cancer symptoms)的概念与属性、相关理论模型、具体过程、影响因素及干预措施等内容,为临床医护人员了解癌症症状求助行为,探索有效的干预策略提供参考.
Abstract
The prevention and treatment of cancer is a public health problem in China and even the world and help-seeking behaviour for cancer symptoms plays an important role in the early detection and diagnosis of cancer.In order to provide a reference for understanding the help-seeking behaviour and effective intervention strategies,this paper reviewed the concept and attributes,related theoretical models,specific process,influencing factors and intervention programs of help-seeking behaviour for cancer symptoms.The paper aims to provide reference for understanding the symptomatic help-seeking behavior of cancer,improving the early diagnosis rate of cancer and improving the quality of life.
