学科交叉融合是培养创新型、复合型、应用型护理人才的有效路径.天津医科大学护理学院从课程设置与教学优化(包括建设学科交叉课程、设置专业选修模块、加强学科交叉实践教学)、加强学科交叉师资队伍建设(包括打造跨学科师资队伍、搭建跨学科交流平台)等方面,探索并实践"护理+X"人才培养路径,在提高护理专业人才培养质量方面取得较好成效,可为学科交叉融合背景下护理专业人才培养提供一定的参考.
Exploration and practice of"Nursing+X"talent training pathway of nursing major
The interdisciplinary integration is an effective pathway for cultivating innovative,composite and application-oriented nursing talents.The School of Nursing of Tianjin Medical University has explored and practiced the"Nursing+X"talent training approach through various measures,focusing on curriculum design and teaching optimization(including the establishment of interdisciplinary courses,modular design of professional elective courses,and enhancement of interdisciplinary practical teaching)as well as strengthening the interdisciplinary faculty development(including fostering cross-disciplinary teachers and establishing interdisciplinary communication platforms).These efforts have achieved notable results in improving the quality of nursing talent training,thereby providing valuable references for nursing education in the context of interdisciplinary integration.
