Opportunities and challenges for interdisciplinary research in nursing disciplines in China from the perspective of first-class discipline construction
The integration of nursing disciplines with other fields can resolve the increas-ingly complex frontier issues in healthcare,cultivate high-quality talents with multidisciplinary knowledge structure,and contribute to the dynamic value of first-class discipline construction.This article described the current situation of cross-disciplinary nursing in China from the perspective of"medical science"and"medical literature",and ana-lyzed the opportunities and challenges of cross-disciplinary nursing from the aspect of national policy,management system,talent training system,and discipline development.
