摘要

护理学科与其他学科进行交叉融合能够解决医疗中出现的愈发复杂的前沿问题,培养具有多学科知识结构的高素质人才,助力一流学科建设.该文从"医理"交叉及"医文"交叉方面阐述了我国护理学科开展学科交叉的现状,从国家政策、管理制度、人才培养体系、学科发展等方面分析了开展学科交叉的机遇和挑战.

Abstract

The integration of nursing disciplines with other fields can resolve the increas-ingly complex frontier issues in healthcare,cultivate high-quality talents with multidisciplinary knowledge structure,and contribute to the dynamic value of first-class discipline construction.This article described the current situation of cross-disciplinary nursing in China from the perspective of"medical science"and"medical literature",and ana-lyzed the opportunities and challenges of cross-disciplinary nursing from the aspect of national policy,management system,talent training system,and discipline development.
