摘要
放射性药物是分子影像和实现精准医学的基石,其在恶性肿瘤、中枢神经系统疾病、心血管疾病等的诊断与治疗中发挥着巨大作用.该文在总结放射性药物优势、分析国内外发展现状的基础上,介绍了放射性药物研发的一般流程,并对研发关键点进行分析.最后,对放射性药物的未来发展进行展望,以期为放射性药物新药创制相关领域的从业人员提供参考,加速我国放射性药物的研发创新.
Abstract
Radiopharmaceuticals are the cornerstone of molecular imaging and precision medicine,which play a huge role in the diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors,central nervous system diseases,cardiovascular and other diseases.On the basis of summarizing the advantages of radiopharmaceuticals and analyzing the development status at home and abroad,this article specifically introduces the general process of radiopharmaceutical research and development,and analyzes the key points of research and development.Finally,the future development of radiopharmaceuticals is prospected,with a view to providing reference for practitioners in fields related to the creation of new radiopharmaceuticals and accelerating the radiopharma-ceutical development in China.
