农村青春期儿童家庭性教育开展现状及其影响因素

摘要
家庭性教育是家庭教育中的重要组成部分,了解当前农村儿童家庭性教育的开展现状并分析其影响因素,可以为促进农村家庭性教育的开展提供现实依据.通过对4 911名农村儿童的调查问卷数据进行分析,结果显示,农村家庭性教育开展整体情况不佳,内容也大多局限于"青春期教育"和"防性侵教育"等.获得过家庭性教育的儿童,在身体隐私部位了解程度、同伴师生交往情况、求助技能、信息与通信技术的安全使用等方面均表现得更好,也倾向于持有更平等的性别意识.儿童的年龄、性别、流动情况、留守情况,家庭社会经济地位和父母学历等因素都会影响儿童获得家庭性教育的质量.未来,应为农村家庭性教育提供更多支持和资源,推动农村儿童父母为孩子开展家庭全面性教育,促进农村儿童的身心健康成长.
Abstract
Family sexuality education is an indispensable part of family education.A comprehensive understanding of the current status and analysis of influencing factors associated with family sexuality education for rural children can provide practical insights advancing the implementation of such programs in rural settings.The analysis of the questionnaire data of 4 911 rural children shows that the implementation of family sexuality education in rural areas is not satisfactory.Family sexuality education is basically limited to the contents of"adolescence education"and"sexual abuse prevention education".Children who have received family sexuality education performed better in terms of knowledge of private parts of the body,peer-teacher-student interactions,help-seeking skills,safe use of ICTs,and tended to have a more egalitarian gender awareness.The quality of children's access to family sexuality education is influenced by factors such as age,gender,migration status,left-behind status,as well as family socio-economic status and parental educational levels all influence the likelihood of children accessing family sexuality education.In the future,more support and resources should be provided for sexuality education in rural families to encourage parents in rural areas to conduct comprehensive family sexuality education for their children,promoting the overall well-being of rural children.
