摘要

"双减"政策的颁布实施旨在减轻学生的学业负担,使学校教育回归学校主阵地,同时也对家庭教育提出了更高的要求.家庭教育作为践行"立德树人"根本任务的重要保障、支持"双减"政策落地见效的坚强后盾、构建家校社协同育人体系的关键要素,在德育建设、"双减"政策落实、协作育人等方面的重要性日益突出.然而,当前家庭教育仍面临家长教育意识淡薄、教育能力缺失、教育焦虑攀升等困境,应当通过营造重视家庭教育的社会气氛、构建助力亲职教育的指导体系、家长主动打破教育内卷的现实困囿等一系列改进策略,提高家长的家庭教育参与意识、家庭教育实践能力,缓解其教育焦虑,从而促进孩子全面发展、健康成长.

Abstract

The promulgation and implementation of the Double Reduction policy has alleviated students'academic burdens,bringing education back to the forefront of schools,and simultaneously placing higher demands on family education.Family education,as an important safeguard for the fundamental task of"cultivating morality and educating people",a strong backing to support the effectiveness of the Double Reduction policy,and a key element in the construction of a collaborative education system between family,school and community,has become increasingly important in the construction of moral education,the implementation of the Double Reduction policy,and collaborative parenting.However,at present,family education is still faced with the dilemma of weak educational awareness,lack of educational ability and rising educational anxiety.A series of improvement strategies should be adopted,including the creation of a social atmosphere that attaches importance to family education,the construction of a guidance system that facilitates parental education,and the initiative of parents to break the realities of the inward spiral of education,in order to raise parents'awareness of their involvement in family education,their ability to practice family education,and to alleviate their educational anxiety,thus facilitating their children's all-round development and healthy growth.
