摘要
改革开放四十余年来,我国家庭德育政策经历了儿童权益和家校社共育框架下的觉醒探索期、推进发展期、全面建设期三个主要阶段.在政策演变过程中,呈现出家庭德育政策演变内嵌于社会转型并与历史发展相适应、现代家庭德育注重现代社会精神文明建设的价值基础、家庭德育建设越来越趋向公共化和专业化、家庭德育政策精神在"家庭主义"和"去家庭主义"的张力中寻求平衡四大特征.
Abstract
Over the four decades of reform and opening up,China's family moral education policy has gone through three main stages:An awakening and exploration period under the framework of children's rights and co-education by families,schools,and society;a promotion and development period;and a comprehensive construction period.In the process of policy evolution,four major characteristics have emerged:The evolution of family moral education policy is embedded in social transformation and adapted to historical development;the construction of modern family moral education places emphasis on the values of modern society's spirit of civilization;family moral education construction is increasingly trending towards publicization and specialization;and the spirit of family moral education policy seeks to strike a balance in the tension between"familism"and"de-familism".
