香港特区幼儿园家长教育课程建设的核心经验与现实启示

摘要
随着《中华人民共和国家庭教育促进法》的深入实施,推进幼儿园家长教育课程建设越来越受重视.香港特区在幼儿园家长教育课程建设上具有较丰富的经验.2021 年,香港特区出台了《家长教育课程架构(幼稚园)》,对幼稚园家长教育课程的目标、内容、组织方法等进行了规定,为特区幼稚园针对幼儿家长开展相关教育服务和指导工作指明了方向.当前,内地幼儿园家长教育课程建设任重而道远.香港特区的经验为内地提供了一定的借鉴和启示:充分发挥政府主导作用,打造多主体参与的家庭教育联动工作体;严格坚持科学研究范式,构建科学、合理的幼儿园家长教育课程体系;切实关注不同家长需求,重视家长教育课程的多元适宜性.
Abstract
With the extensive implementation of the Family Education Promotion Law,the advancement of parental education curricula at kindergartens has become increasingly emphasized.The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region possesses a wealth of experience in the construction of parent education courses for kindergartens.In 2021,the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region introduced the Course Framework of Parental Education(Kindergarten),delineating the objectives,contents,and organizational methods of the parental education courses for these institutions,thereby charting the course for relevant educational services and guidance initiatives aimed at the parents of young children within the territory's early childhood schools.Presently,the construction of educational courses for parents in mainland kindergartens remains a monumental task.The experience of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region offers certain insights for the mainland:Generous utilization of government leadership to create a synergetic cooperative model for family education,steadfast adherence to the scientific research paradigm,construction of a scientifically sound and coherent curriculum framework for early childhood education;meaningful support for the varying needs of parents,and the attachment of great importance to the versatility and suitability of parent education courses.
