家校共育的现实困境与化解路径

摘要
如何做好家校共育工作,已成为现阶段需要思考的重要议题.基于共同责任理论,发现家校共育开展仍面临诸多现实困境,如家校双方共育责任意识和胜任力较弱、偏向单向输出、共育内容违背初衷等.究其原因,主要是学校缺乏制度和组织保障、教师教育胜任力不足、家长教育素养比较低、社会相关部门对家校共育工作投入不足.为解决其困境,需要学校及时完善相关制度建设,教师积极参与教育培训,家长明确家庭教育权责,社会加大对相关项目的投入,家校社携手共同促进家校共育工作的顺利开展.
Abstract
The question of how to effectively implement family-school co-education has become an important issue that merits careful consideration.Based on the theory of shared responsibility,it was found that the road to the development of home-school co-education is not smooth and still faces certain difficulties.The main reasons for this are the lack of institutional and organizational safeguards in schools;the lack of communication skills,trust and support from teachers;the low educational literacy of parents and a weak sense of parental responsibility;and the lack of investment in co-education by the relevant sectors of society.In order to address these challenges,schools need to improve relevant institutional construction and home-school cooperation organizations,teachers need to actively participate in educational training,parents need to be aware of their rights and responsibilities in regards to family education,and society should increase investment in relevant projects to promote the smooth development of home-school co-education work.
