家校社育人共同体:概念特征、架构组成与推进路径

摘要
构建育人共同体是创新协同育人方式的重要实践.家校社育人共同体是在承载集体记忆、促进共同发展、同享价值理念、助力学生成长理念等基础上,形成的一种指向情感、利益、文化及生长的共同体.其中,家庭、学校和"社会教育代理人"是育人共同体的构成要素,自组织性与共生性是育人共同体的重要特征.此外,在育人共同体内部,呈现出一种以制度规范、职责分工、育人理念、育人导向等为内容构成的稳定架构.为推进家校社育人共同体的构建,需要学校发挥主导作用,联动"家社"双方,突出指导功能;政府发挥保障作用,加强顶层设计,优化政策工具;技术发挥赋能作用,加强教育基建,回归功能本位.
Abstract
Constructing a Learning Community is a significant practical endeavor in innovating collaborative approaches to education.The family-school-community education community is a type of unity that arises based on collective memories,promoting common development,sharing values,and aiding students'growth.Families,schools,and social educators constitute the components of the learning community,with autonomy and commonality serving as its key characteristics.Additionally,the educational community forms a stable framework consisting of institutional regulations,role assignments,pedagogical principles,and instructional orientations.To foster the construction of a family-school-community education community,schools must take on a leading role and coordinate with both families and societies,emphasizing their guidance function.Governments should play a supportive role by strengthening top-down design and optimizing policy tools.Technology should serve as an enabler,enhancing educational infrastructure and returning to its primary function.
