摘要
本研究采用问卷法,对来自浙江省 206 名育有 1~3 岁婴幼儿的家长进行调查,了解婴幼儿使用电子产品的现状及考察家庭相关因素的预测作用,并进一步探究电子产品使用与婴幼儿情绪与社会性发展之间的关联.结果显示:(1)超过八成的婴幼儿已经开始使用电子产品,1 岁婴幼儿虽不建议使用,但较多已经开始接触,2~3 岁婴幼儿整体上日均使用时长较为合理.(2)家庭养育环境能够预测婴幼儿的电子产品使用内容;家长让婴幼儿使用电子产品的目的和家长的干预行为则能够预测婴幼儿的电子产品使用时长和内容.(3)电子产品日均使用时长和周频率对婴幼儿情绪与社会性发展的预测作用不显著,但电子产品使用内容对婴幼儿具有一定的影响,即婴幼儿观看儿童教育类节目的频率越高,其行为问题越少.研究结论启示,家长应限制婴幼儿使用电子产品时长,帮助其选择具有教育价值的内容,同时要更注重与婴幼儿的真实人际互动.
Abstract
This study utilized questionnaires to survey 206 parents of infants and toddlers aged 1-3 years from Zhejiang Province.The objective was to gain an understanding of the current state of electronic device usage amongst young children and investigate the predictive role of family-related factors.Additionally,the study aimed to explore the correlation between electronic device use and the emotional and social development of infants and toddlers.The results indicated that:(1)Over 80%of infants and toddlers have been exposed to electronic devices,with many 1-year-olds already utilizing them despite such usage not being recommended.Overall,the daily usage time of 2-3-year-olds is relatively reasonable.(2)The home nurture environment can predict the content of electronic device use among infants and toddlers,while the duration and content of electronic device use can be predicted by the purpose for which parents allow infants and toddlers to use electronic devices as well as parental intervention.(3)The daily usage time and weekly frequency of electronic device usage do not significantly predict the emotional and social development of infants and toddlers.However,the content of electronic device use has a certain impact.Specifically,the more infants and toddlers watch educational programs,the fewer behavioral problems they exhibit.The study concludes that parents should limit the duration of electronic device use for infants and toddlers,help them choose educational content,and place more emphasis on real interpersonal interactions with them.
