摘要

家庭教育对儿童的发展至关重要,对家庭教育提供支持,提升家庭育儿质量,关系到儿童、家庭乃至社会的良性发展.日本在中央领导、地方协作的家庭教育支持体系建设中,构建了多样化的家庭教育支援政策.其中,家庭教育支援团队是一项比较有特色的实践活动,它将家庭、学校与社区紧密联结,依托社区内丰富的人力资源支持父母学习和成长,在充实家庭教育方面起着重要作用.本文介绍了家庭教育支援团队这一举措开展的背景、现状、特点等,以期为我国构建家庭教育服务体系、强化社区家庭教育支持提供参考.

Abstract

Family education plays a crucial role in the development of children.It is imperative to provide support for family education and improve the quality of parenting in families to ensure positive development for children,families,and society as a whole.In Japan,diversified family education support policies have been constructed under the construction of a family education support system led by the central government and coordinated at the local level.One notable practice is the establishment of family education support teams that closely connect families,schools,and communities.These teams rely on the abundant human resources within the community to support parents in their learning and growth,playing a vital role in enriching family education.This article aims to introduce the background,status quo,and characteristics of family education support teams,providing insights for building a family education service system and strengthening community support for family education in China.
