摘要
幼儿劳动教育亟须家园社协作程度的加深,但受不同场域主体立场与价值认同影响,家园社协同推进幼儿劳动教育存在三大阻滞.阻滞诚然存在,但也显现出可供突破的实践进路.引入交叠影响域理论,明晰"家-园-社"交叠式幼儿劳动教育外部关系和内部关系动态模型,在此基础上构建包含理论框架、任务系统、评估体系的"家-园-社"交叠式幼儿劳动教育模型,为共育实践提供借鉴.通过构筑平台、协同行动、精进能力、完善机制四条切实有效的实践进路塑造协同共育优质生态,促进幼儿全面发展.
Abstract
Early childhood labor education urgently requires a deepened collaboration among families,kindergartens,and communities.However,due to the differing positions and value recognitions of the stakeholders in various fields,there are three major obstacles to the collaborative advancement of early childhood labor education.While these obstacles do exist,they also reveal practical pathways for breakthroughs.By introducing the theory of overlapping spheres of influence,we clarify the dynamic external and internal relational models of the"family-kindergarten-community"overlapping early childhood labor education.Based on this,we construct a"family-kindergarten-community"overlapping early childhood labor education model that includes a theoretical framework,task system,and evaluation system,providing references for collaborative education practices.Through building platforms,coordinating actions,enhancing capabilities,and improving mechanisms,we can effectively shape a high-quality ecological environment for collaborative education and promote the all-round development of preschool children.
