Perianal abscess is a common and frequently occurring disease in anorectal department,and anal gland infection is the root of infection.The infection site is mostly found in the skin,soft tissue around the anorectal canal or in the surrounding space,but it is very rare to form abscess in the gluteus maximus.Based on this,we shared a case of a recently admitted patient with perianal abscess infected by gluteus deep fascia causing gluteus maximus deep abscess,and analyzed the relevant data,and discussed the pathogenesis,diagnosis ideas,surgery combined with ultrasound fixed position tube drainage treatment of this disease for reference.
