摘要
原发性结肠腺鳞癌是一种罕见的病理类型,在结肠恶性肿瘤中仅占0.05％～0.20％,结肠腺鳞癌发生机制尚不明确,与腺癌相比,结肠腺鳞癌分化更低、更容易发生局部和远处转移、预后更差.目前,结肠腺鳞癌的治疗参照腺癌.本文分享1例结肠腺鳞癌的诊治过程,为临床工作者提供借鉴.
Abstract
Primary colonic adenosquamous carcinoma is a rare pathological type,accounting for only 0.05％～0.20％of colonic malignant tumors.The pathogenesis of colonic adenosquamous carcinoma remains unclear.Compared with adenocarcinoma,colonic adenosquamous carcinoma has lower differentiation,is more prone to local and distant metastasis,and has a worse prognosis.At present,the treatment of colorectal adenosquamous carcinoma is referred to adenocarcinoma.This article shared the diagnosis and treatment process of a case of colorectal adenosquamous carcinoma,providing reference for clinicians.
