一例骶前囊肿合并低位直肠癌患者的诊治

摘要
骶前囊肿指发生于骶骨与直肠之间的良性肿瘤,临床上较为少见且起病隐匿,多为先天性,少数为获得性,极少恶变,因其发生周围结构的复杂性及手术操作空间狭窄等特点,目前仍是一种难治性疾病.本文报道1例骶前囊肿合并低位直肠癌的诊断和治疗.
Abstract
Presacral cysts refer to benign tumors occurring between the sacrum and rectum.They are relatively clinically rare and have occult onset.Most of them are congenital,a few are acquired,and few malignant changes are rare.Due to the complexity of the surrounding structures and the narrow operating space,they are still a refractory disease.This article reports on the diagnosis and treatment of a case of anterior sacral cyst complicated with low rectal cancer.
