摘要
生物可降解骨黏合剂是目前生物材料研究领域的热点之一,在骨折固定和骨缺损治疗中已显示出巨大潜力,但在口腔医学领域应用较少。近期,有学者研发了一种黏附力优异、生物相容性好、可促进骨再生的生物可降解超级骨黏合剂,在口腔骨组织黏附、牙体硬组织粘接和骨再生方面实现了新突破。本文评述其研究成果,并展望口腔骨黏合剂未来的研究方向。
Abstract
Biodegradable bone adhesives attract increasing attention in biomaterial research. These adhesives have exhibited great potential in fracture fixation and bone defect treatment, but they are not commonly used in Dentistry. Recently, researchers have developed a degradable super bone adhesive with excellent adhesion, biocompatibility and performance in promoting bone regeneration. Their findings made new breakthroughs in bone adhesion, tooth bonding and bone regeneration. This article aimed to review their findings and discuss the related research prospects.
