摘要
上颌第二磨牙（MSM）牙根及根管系统的数目、形态均变异较大，牙根融合和颊侧第二根管是常见的变异。本文报告1例罕见的MSM解剖变异，经锥形束计算机体层扫描证实为单牙根，双腭管，且4个根管在根尖区融合为1个根管。
Abstract
The roots and roots canal system vary greatly in the maxillary second molars (MSMs), where root fusion and the second mesiobuccal canal (MB2) are common variations. This case reported a rare anatomical variation of MSMs, confirmed by cone beam computed tomography (CBCT), which was one single conical root, 2 palatal canals and 4 canals fused into one at the apical region.
