摘要
氯氮平所致体重增加较常见，体重增加可导致患者对治疗的依从性差，影响其社会功能康复，容易并发高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症、冠心病、应力性关节炎等多种躯体疾病，而且损害患者的心理健康，及时处理氯氮平所致体重增加具有重要的意义。本文就氯氮平所致体重增加的治疗进展作一综述。
Abstract
Clozapine-induced weight gain is more common, weight gain may influence treatment compliance and recovery of social function, easily accompany with a variety of physical diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, coronary heart disease and stress arthritis, it may also influence mental health, so it is more important to timely treatment of clozapine-induced weight gain. This article made a review on progress on treatment of clozapine-induced weight gain.
