摘要
感染性疾病目前在老年人群中发病率较高，临床住院患者尤其多见，并随着病情的进展，这些患者往往会出现低蛋白血症。而低蛋白血症的存在又往往会影响疾病的治疗效果及预后。本文将对感染性疾病导致老年人低蛋白血症的机制，及两者的相互影响情况做一综述，从而更好地治疗老年人感染性疾病，使之受益。
Abstract
Infectious diseases have a high incidence in elderly people, especially in hospitalized patients, and with the progression of the diseases, these patients often develop hypoproteinemia. The presence of hypoproteinemia often affects the therapeutic effect and prognosis of the patients. This article will review the mechanism of infectious diseases leading to hypoproteinemia in elderly people and their mutual influence, so as to better treat infectious diseases in elderly people and benefit them.
