From February to March 2022,three patients with renal tumors were treated at Tongji Hospital,Tongji Medical College,Huazhong University of Science and Technology. All of them underwent ultrasound-guided renal artery balloon catheter occluded hybrid partial nephrectomy(UBo-HPN).A renal artery balloon catheter was placed during the procedure under laparoscopic ultrasound(LUS)guidance. Two patients underwent robot-assisted laparoscopic partial nephrectomy, while one patient underwent laparoscopic partial nephrectomy. The balloon catheter was inserted to block the renal artery under LUS guidance.Intraoperatively, the renal artery occlusion demonstrated excellent effectiveness, ensuring a clear view during the tumor excision process. No complications were observed during both intraoperative and postoperative periods.Laparoscopic UBo-HPN is a feasible and safe approach with minimal surgical trauma.
