Involvement of the great vessels by retroperitoneal tumors may necessitate radical en bloc resection of the urinary tumors and vessels,but there are few reports on vascular reconstruction after the resection.In this study,seven patients underwent radical en bloc resection of the urinary tumors followed by artificial vascular reconstruction were reported,and the postoperative recovery was smooth without infection or other serious complications.Artificial vascular reconstruction is safe,reliable and effective.
