Adrenal anastomosing haemangioma is rare in clinical and has a high rate of preoperative misdiagnosis. Here we reported a case of middle-aged male, who was admitted to our hospital after a round-like cystic solid mass in the left adrenal region, when he was in the course of treatment of digestive system diseases in other hospital.Preoperative abdominal CT initially considered the mass as adrenal pheochromocytoma. After the retroperitoneally laparoscopic resection of the left adrenal lesion was performed, adrenal anastomosing hemangioma was diagnosed by postoperative pathology.
