Patients with pancreatic metastasis from clear cell renal cell carcinoma(PM-ccRCC)is rare.The clinical data of two patients pathologically diagnosed as ccRCC with pancreatic metastasis and admitted to Tongji Hospital were analysed retrospectively.Case 1 was a 64-year-old man being detected a tumour in pancreas in an annual physical examination.Case 2 was a 62-year-old woman with upper abdominal pain for 7 months.Both of them used to undergo radical nephrectomy and was diagnosed as clear cell renal cell carcinoma.After admission,they underwent laparoscopic partial pancreatectomy or laparoscopic pancreatoduodenectomy,respectively.Pathology showed that the resected tumours were metastasis with the clear cell type.The patients were followed up regularly afterward without immunotherapy or targeted therapy.After 1 year of follow-up,no recurrence was detected.
