It was reported a case suffered from recurrent LUTS because of Hem-o-lok clip migrating and inserting into the bladder neck 22 months after robot assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy.Transurethral procedure combined with suprapubic bladder puncture was performed and followed by using holmium laser,needle electrode,and laparoscopic equipment to completely remove the migrated Hem-o-lok clips with a success.The urination of the patient was unobstructed after withdrawal of the urinary catheter 6 days after operation.The patient showed no lower urinary tract symptoms during the follow-up 1 month later.It is a safe procedure for completely removing Hem-o-lok clip migrating and inserting into bladder neck with various endoluminal instrument.
