This article combines the clinical research and guideline or consensus updated in recent years,as well as the comments by experts in the 21st National Conference on Urinary Stones held in Tianjin in June 2024 to systematically summarize and discuss the main confusing issues in the field of current stone diagnosis and treatment,in order to provide reference for the standardized diagnosis and treatment of urinary stones in the future.
