Testicular metastasis of renal carcinoma is rare.This paper reported a case of contralateral testicular metastasis 4 years after radical nephrectomy.The surgical resection of the spermatic cord of the epididymis was performed.The postoperative pathology was clear cell carcinoma of testicle.No recurrence or metastasis was found in chest and abdominal CT during follow-up.The objective of this report is to emphasize the importance of scrotal examination in the treatment of patients with renal cancer to avoid missing diagnosis of renal cancer with testicular metastasis.
